♡  if you'd like to add items to a pending order to save on shipping costs, please reach out to us! we'll deduct/refund the shipping on the lighter order & combine both (or more) orders for you :)

♡ we ship from South Florida!

♡ **In-Stock Items**: Ready-to-ship items will be processed and dispatched within **1 business day** after your order is placed.

♡ **Custom & Made-to-Order Items**: Many of our items are individually handcrafted upon order. Please allow approximately **5 business days** for crafting and processing before shipment.

♡ **Shipping Address**: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is mis-delivered or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

♡ **Delivery Issues**: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to ship to a secure location.
